Sitting just below the Log Hill Mesa outside of Ridgway, Colorado, this challenging steep-slope site boasts huge views of both the San Juan mountain range to the south and the Cimmaron mountain range to the east. While the sweeping views offer up the grandeur of Mount Sneffels, alpenglow sunsets, and green vistas of the Pleasant Valley, the 4 acre property is also filled with mature trees of spruce and pine.
